Julia & Wes’ engagement session was the perfect blend of sophistication, personal meaning, and a little adventure. We kicked things off in the heart of downtown Dallas at The Adolphus Hotel, a space we love for its timeless architecture, refined interiors, and that perfect mix of historic charm and modern luxury. It set the tone beautifully- elegant, intimate, and effortlessly stylish.
From there, we hit the road and drove about two hours outside of Dallas to Wes’ family ranch. This was more than just a location, it was a place filled with history, sentiment, and meaning for them. The open fields, golden light, and quiet stillness created the most breathtaking backdrop. Their incredible dog joined in, and honestly, those moments might have been some of our favorites from the day. The way Julia and Wes laughed, played, and just enjoyed being together in such a personal space made every frame feel authentic.
