Whether for weddings, galas, or corporate events, we combine studio-quality lighting, professional direction, and a dedicated styling assistant to create editorial portraits your guests will genuinely want to keep.
Working alongside planners and designers, we collaborate to create portrait environments that feel seamlessly integrated into the overall event design. If your event does not have a planner or design team, we can design a custom portrait activation tailored specifically to your vision.
Every guest receives a guided portrait experience followed by instant delivery through Facial Recognition technology, giving them a private gallery of every image they’re in before the night is over.

Print Station Add-On
Complete the Mateo Booth experience with our optional Print Station. Professionally printed 4×6 keepsakes are presented by our dedicated attendants, creating a polished, concierge-style experience rather than a simple grab-and-go photo booth.

The Mateo Booth at the LeadHer Summit at JW Marriott Dallas delivered luxe, editorial-style portraits—custom designed by Mateo & Company and featuring Bravo’s Real Housewives stars Tiffany Moon, Guerdy Abraira, Nicole Martin, and Crystal Kung Minkoff. Florals provided by The Botanical Mix in Dallas.
Masks for Miracles | The Adolphus Hotel Dallas
We covered the full Masks for Miracles charity event at The Adolphus Hotel—hosted by The Glenhouse Foundation and brought to life by Lushra—with a team of 8 capturing photo coverage, instant photos with facial recognition, and The Mateo Booth during cocktail hour and the after party. The event raised over $750,000 to support local veterans, foster children, and equine therapy, with headline performances by CeeLo Green, Bow Wow, Yelawolf, and more.

Custom design was a collaborative effort between Party! Dallas (draping), Render Events (rentals), Scout Floral (florals), & Austin Smith Events (lighting).

At Arlington Hall in Dallas, Mateo & Company delivered a custom-designed Mateo Booth activation on theme with the event’s Western Gothic Chic Fall Fête—alongside full photo and video coverage of this iconic luxury celebration.

Facial Recognition
Guests only need to register once, which only takes about 15 seconds. After that, any photos we take of them, they receive an instant private gallery with those photos.
We make it so easy and seamless for you. It is all about the guest, and client, experience for us. We will consult with you so that it is tailored perfectly for your wedding or event. There are many ways we go about it and can explain those options and make it seamless.
Email Registration Link
A great way to get guests signed up in advance, depending on the event type, is by including details in the pre-event email blast. While this isn’t ideal for weddings or more intimate gatherings, we’ll cover all the best strategies during our consultation. For us, guest experience is everything, and we’ll make sure the approach fits your event perfectly.
QR Code Handouts
Custom flyers are a great way to get guests instantly engaged with real-time photos, and we’re happy to create them or leave it to the planner—it’s all about what works best for you. We’ve seen some fun and creative ways to incorporate QR codes into handouts, and they’re always a hit with guests. Whether we handle the design or you bring your own vision, it’s a seamless way to keep everything on-brand and interactive.

We can easily register guests as needed or provide them a QR code to quickly register as well. One way or another, we make it happen seamlessly and still providing an amazing guest experience.
Guest Private Gallery
Guests receive text messages throughout the event, letting them know they have been spotted in photos. In there is a link to a private gallery of only photos their face is in. This is such a unique and luxurious guest experience.
