Our instant facial recognition technology delivers professional event photos straight to your phone, in real time. No apps. No searching through hundreds of images. Only the moments, portraits, and candid’s you’re in, sent instantly and securely.

How It Works

1. Upload Your Selfie – Before the event, at check-in, or during the event, guests scan a QR code or click a link we provide. They click take a selfie, enter their phone number, and hit “upload.” We can customize flyers to match the design of the event or the client/event organizer can create custom signage using the QR code and verbiage we provide. Super easy.

2. Enjoy the Event – Our photographers, whether roaming the crowd and/or at The Mateo Booth, capture candid moments, group shots, and portraits.

3. Get Your Gallery – Each time you’re photographed, the image is instantly delivered to your private gallery via text message. Only you (and anyone in the same photo) can access them.

4. All Secure – The selfie is never seen by anyone, and your gallery is secure.

When we combine event coverage and The Mateo Booth, guests get the best of both worlds: high-end candid coverage throughout the event and editorial-style portraits from the portrait booth—all delivered in real time to their phones.

• Pre-Wedding Events – Welcome parties, rehearsal dinners, and other surrounding events can have full roaming coverage with instant delivery, so guests enjoy and share their moments right away.

• Wedding Day – We preserve the sacredness of the ceremony and daytime portraits by keeping those private until fully edited for the couple. The reception, however, is perfect for instant delivery- every candid, dance floor shot, group shot, and toast delivered in real time.
