Kelle & David now live in San Diego with their two adorable golden retrievers; Charlie & Gumbeaux, and their 7-year-old boy, Stephen. David is originally from New Orleans and wanted to tie the knot in his hometown! The wedding was a small wedding at a private home in the Garden District of New Orleans. It was an honor to shoot such an intimate wedding with fun little surprises for the guest. Such as, the Soul Brass Band and the BLANK Quire, who made the night one to remember with their amazing talents.This wedding took place on the same night as the Muses parade, so you will see some hints of Krewe of Muses (shoes) inspiration throughout.
The abundance of candles and floral that Palate Décor & Catering & Kate David Events put together, set the romantic vibe and made taking photos even more fun! Kelle & David made a perfect model team and with the décor and band, this combination was unstoppable. The front porch of the house made a great location to capture beautiful wedding portraits. As you can see below, the greenery, floral décor, and swing and steps created a unique southern look and feel.
Kate David did an absolute stunning job coordinating& designing the wedding and making sure everything ran smooth. Working side by side with a coordinator is something Mateo & Co. has always took pride in doing. By making sure everything is on time and correct, this makes our job and the coordinators that much smoother, which makes the wedding that much more amazing. Most of all, the bride and groom will be stress free on their special day!
