We went round and round about whether or not we were going to host our Mateo & Company 2020 Intimate New Orleans Holiday Party. Well, we decided at the very last minute, to do a very small and intimate gathering this last year. We stuck within the guidelines the city put forth and kept it to industry friends we are around often. Safety and comfort levels were our first focal point. It could not have gone any more perfect. With about 72 hours of planning and designing, Matt Diaz, was able to pull it off. We hosted it at one of the hottest new party venues in New Orleans- Fire House Loft on Magazine St.
For our Mateo & Company 2020 Intimate New Orleans Holiday Party, we had custom balloon installations done by Crescent City Balloons. Thank you Fat Cat Flowers for the beautiful table arrangements and wreath. A beautiful array of food options provided by- Graze + Friends, Pigeon Catering, Copeland’s, & Lola’s. Most of the food was divided into individual portion sizes for safety and convenience. The beautiful uplighting was by Element. The thing that really makes it a party is the spirits, and those were provided by Seven Three Distillery.
This last minute, Mateo & Company 2020 Intimate New Orleans Holiday Party could not have been done without the support of our vendor partners above and our industry friends. While it may not have been quite the normal epic experience people are used to having, it was still fabulous and fun! We actually hired some incredible street dancers to come and do a performance, to spice things up. You know…we always have to be extra ;)!
We are planning on our 2021 Holiday Party, so just stay tuned to what we have in store for that. Our goal is to take epic to a whole new level, and I think we can speak for everyone when we say- IT’S TIME to party again! Get your vaccines and let’s party!
