We are SO thankful to have been welcomed to Dallas with the biggest open arms for this Mateo Dallas Photography Launch Party. From the guests that showed up, to the INCREDIBLE vendor team that helped put this together, we cannot express enough gratitude!

Mateo has personally moved his home from New Orleans to Dallas and now launched his office here in Dallas. Mateo & Company still has a team/office in New Orleans, and now in Dallas. We wanted to throw a party to, not only introduce ourselves, but also bring the community together before the big wedding season and give everyone a reason to let their hair down.

Photography

Mateo & Company team took all the photographs for the event. We utilized our instant photo gallery offering, where all the guests received their photos instantly with a link to a personalized gallery of only photos we took of them. We also had a custom photo booth designed by Render, where we had a stationed photographer doing studio portraits for everyone. So much fun!!

Venue

The event was hosted at one of the hottest new venues in Dallas- The Mason. This immaculate space could not lend itself any better to a New Orleans and Dallas themed party party. It is the perfect venue for any sort of event. The team, Kyle & Indya, are AMAZING to work with!

Planning & Design

Mateo & Company planned this party very quickly and decided to take the planning on themselves and collaborated with some of the best creatives in the Dallas wedding market. Render & Social Llama Events are both incredible creative companies with genius design skills. Render designed all the floral, furniture, and final layout throughout the venue. Social Llama Events designed the event logos, color palette, and all the custom rentals (bars, signage, bike cart, Café Du Monde stand, tarot card stations, FQ façade, stage backdrop, etc).

Theme

The party was Boots & Beads themed. You will also see signs that say ‘From Beads to Boots’. This theme was a super fun blend of all things New Orleans and Texas. We wanted to bring that fun New Orleans culture to Dallas by providing a fusion of food (mixed with New Orleans and Texas roots), give everyone a chance to second line, and so much more. We had some sexy cowboy greeters handing out some beads & champs upon arrival, because why not…?!

Design Consulting + Design Production & Custom Props

Social Llama Events designed the event logos, color palette, and all of the custom rentals (bars, signage, bike cart, Café Du Monde stand, tarot card stations, FQ façade, stage backdrop, etc).

Emcee

Our emcee and party personality was Tiffany Moon. She is such a fun ball of energy and so great at making sure everyone is having an amazing time.

Music Entertainment

The music entertainment was an incredible mix. Jordan Kahn Music Company provided the main entertainment by providing Stratosphere Band. LeForce (DJ Nate Nelson) was the DJ for the cocktail party before and the after party.

Lighting Design

The incredible lighting (over 200 lights used throughout the spaces to light up every build out, sign, bar, stage, backdrop, etc) was designed and engineered by LeForce.
