Throwing parties has always been part of Mateo’s DNA—since the very beginning. What started in New Orleans as a passion for creating unforgettable nights has evolved into full-scale experiences that now live (mostly) in Dallas, but stretch far beyond. Since 2018, our signature industry events have been more than just a good time—they’ve been about building community, real relationships, and giving the people who make this city move a reason to celebrate each other.

Our guest lists are intentionally inclusive—bringing together the wedding and event industry, the hospitality scene, local influencers, and community leaders who are passionate about giving back. Whether it’s benefiting organizations like Toys for Tots, Son of a Saint, The Birthday Party Project, or the SPCA of Texas, every event has purpose baked into the party.

Of course, we still love a wild pop-up moment. Mateo & Company will throw the right party for the right client—especially when it calls for something high-end, high-energy, and unforgettable. We’re also happy to consult or collaborate with those who want to approach their event with the same creative, strategic lens we bring to our own.

But at the core? We’re a luxury wedding and event photography company. We specialize in capturing elevated, high-touch moments—and creating media that moves. From instant delivery with facial recognition to full-service video production for our commercial clients, we do more than take pretty pictures. We create experiences. And sometimes… we throw the party too.

The Mateo Splash 2024

The Mateo Splash White Lotus Themed SPCA Dallas Charity Pool Party brought together Dallas’s elite, luxury tastemakers, and the philanthropic community for an unforgettable day of sun, style, and heart. With the visionary Jordan Fatheree guiding the hospitality strategy, his luxury hotel and resort expertise ensured the White Lotus concept came to life flawlessly. Huge thanks to our host and creative director themateodiaz, and of course to Mateo & Company for capturing all the magic in photo and film. Hosted at the iconic Warwick Melrose Hotel, the setting was the perfect escape for this summer finale.

This wasn’t just a party—it was a purpose-driven celebration. The Mateo Splash White Lotus Themed SPCA Dallas Charity Pool Party raised thousands of dollars and a wave of awareness for the SPCA of Texas. Their incredible team was on-site, and one special pup (available for adoption!) stole every heart in the crowd. A custom photo platform was designed just for SPCA, allowing guests to snap pics in support of the cause while learning more about adoption and how to get involved.
